Pour one sachet (22 g) into 200 ml of cold water or plant-based drink, then shake for 30 seconds in the shaker. Tip: massage the sachet between your fingers before opening it, so the powder disperses better. Prefer it thicker? Use 150 ml.

None of the three. A sachet made with water is a fruit drink of 76 to 80 kcal, with 0.2 to 1 g of protein depending on the flavour: it does not replace a meal and is not meant to provide protein. It is not a food supplement either: it is a food made of fruit, vegetables in some flavours, and dates. At breakfast, pair it with yoghurt, oat flakes or a slice of toast, for example.

The packs are designed for one sachet a day: 7 sachets for a week, 28 for four weeks. You can have more, bearing in mind that each sachet provides 11 to 14 g of sugars, those of the fruit and dates.

Yes, from the fruit and the dates: 11 to 14 g of sugars per sachet depending on the flavour (49 to 64 g per 100 g of powder). No refined sugar, no artificial flavours, no preservatives. Details are in each flavour’s nutrition table. If you watch your blood sugar, ask your doctor for advice.

It’s all there. Unlike filtered or pressed juice, our sachets contain the whole freeze-dried fruit: the flesh, the pulp… and therefore the fibre. Freeze-drying only removes the water. The result: all 7 flavours are high in fibre, from 2.2 to 3.6 g per sachet.

Yes: only fruit, vegetables and, in 5 of the 7 recipes, chia protein. No flavouring, no preservative.

Many fruit powders are dried with heat (spray-drying), and some contain added sugars, flavourings or maltodextrin. Ours are cold freeze-dried, with no flavouring or preservative: the colour and taste of the fruit stay. Cold water, plant-based drink (almond, oat, soy), milk or juice. You can also add it to yoghurt, a bowl or porridge. With water it’s lightest and most refreshing; with a plant-based drink or milk it’s creamier.

Close, but not identical. The powder rehydrates in 30 seconds into a smooth drink, slightly thinner than a blender smoothie. With cold water it is light and refreshing; with a plant-based drink or milk it is noticeably creamier. If you like it thick, go down to 150 ml of liquid.

That is normal. Yellow contains 2% freeze-dried coconut, with no additives. Unlike the other fruits, coconut does not fully dissolve in water, so fine white particles can float to the top. It is not a defect: it is simply the coconut, and you can drink it as it is. Give it another shake just before drinking to spread it through the drink.

All 7 recipes are 100% plant-based and vegan. For children, it is a fruit drink like any other, with 11 to 14 g of sugars per sachet: count it in their day; for toddlers, ask your paediatrician. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, on medication or following a special diet, ask your doctor. For athletes: one shaker, 30 seconds, ready before or after a workout.

None of the 7 recipes contains an ingredient requiring allergen declaration under Annex II of Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011: no gluten, milk, egg, tree nuts, peanut, soya or sesame. The Yellow flavour contains 2% coconut, which is not a declarable allergen in the EU. However, according to our suppliers’ technical data sheets, the fruit and vegetable powders in all 7 flavours are produced in facilities that also handle tree nuts, peanuts and sesame, so traces cannot be ruled out. The ginger (Green, Orange) comes from a facility that also handles gluten, mustard, milk, soya, eggs, almonds and celery, with no cross-contamination according to its supplier. If you have an allergy, ask your doctor before consuming.

12 months from production, no fridge needed. You can store it in a cupboard, your desk drawer, your gym bag. The date is printed on every sachet.

Better to drink it straight away. Once rehydrated it oxidises like a homemade smoothie: the colour darkens and the taste flattens. If you must plan ahead, make it 2 to 3 hours before at most, keep it cold in a closed container and shake again before drinking. The unopened sachet keeps for 12 months without a fridge.

Because we removed the water, not the fruit. Fresh fruit is 80 to 90% water. Freeze-drying freezes it and then removes that water under vacuum, without heat: only the dry matter remains — fibre, fruit sugars, minerals, vitamins. The 22 g in a sachet correspond to roughly 100 to 140 g of fresh fruit / vegetables depending on the recipe.

The fruit and vegetables are freeze-dried and packed into sachets in the European Union. The origin statement appears on every flavour sheet, under « Product information », and will be printed on the pack.

A bottle with a cap, a jar that closes, or even a glass and a teaspoon will do: you just need to stir for 30 seconds so the powder disperses completely.

Write to us as soon as possible at contact@vitadry.be with your order number. As long as the parcel has not left (we ship within 24 business hours), we can usually correct the address or flavours, or cancel the order and refund you. Once the parcel has shipped, the right of withdrawal applies.

Write to us at contact@vitadry.be with your order number. Damaged parcel or a mistake in the order: send us a photo within 7 days; we resend the items concerned at our expense or refund you. Nothing received 10 business days after shipping: let us know, we open an investigation with the carrier, then resend the order or refund you.

Yes, from your account. The subscription commits you to 2 deliveries (in return for the 15% discount); after that, you can pause or stop anytime. Your 14-day right of withdrawal after the first delivery remains fully intact.

It is the Belgian statutory right of withdrawal: 14 calendar days after receiving your parcel to change your mind, no reason needed. For food-hygiene reasons only unopened sachets in their original packaging can be returned; return shipping is at your expense.
