Pickup point: free in Belgium, France, the Netherlands and Luxembourg (Germany: small contribution depending on parcel weight). Home delivery: €3 contribution in Belgium, a little more to other countries. The exact amount is shown before payment.
Delivery times
Orders shipped within 24 business hours (Monday to Friday).
After that, average transit times announced by the carriers:
Belgium, home delivery (bpost): 1-2 business days.
Belgium, pickup point (Mondial Relay): 2-4 business days.
France, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany: 3-6 business days (Mondial Relay; bpost for home delivery in France).
We do not ship to other countries yet.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Packaging
100% recyclable kraft cardboard. Sticks in a pocket format, 12-month shelf life, no fridge needed.
