Products on vitadry.be are sachets made from freeze-dried fruits and vegetables, 100% plant-based, for smoothies.

Prices in euro, Belgian VAT (6%) included. Shipping costs shown before order validation.

Steps: (1) you choose a pack and your flavours; (2) in the basket and on the checkout page, you check the contents, the price including VAT, the delivery costs and your details, and can correct anything; (3) you confirm with the « Order and pay » button, which commits you to pay; (4) you pay on Stripe’s secure page. The contract is concluded as soon as the payment is accepted. We then send you a confirmation email with your order, these terms and the withdrawal form: keep it, it serves as the record of the contract. VitaDry also keeps your order for 10 years. The contract is concluded in French, Dutch, English or German, depending on the language of the site you use.

Payment via Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (Dublin, Ireland). Card data is never stored by VitaDry. Accepted payment methods: Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna.

See Shipping page for delivery times and rates. Delivery via Mondial Relay and bpost to Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Germany. Products travel at our risk until they are handed to you or to the chosen pickup point. Lost parcel: tell us if nothing has arrived 10 business days after dispatch; after the carrier’s investigation, we resend the order or refund you. Damaged parcel or wrong order: send us a photo within 7 days to contact@vitadry.be; we resend the products concerned at our cost or refund you. Unless a date is agreed, delivery takes place within 30 days of the order at the latest.

Under articles VI.47 et seq. of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the parcel to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason. To do so, send us a clear statement (by email to contact@vitadry.be or by post), for example using the form below, or online via the « Withdraw from an order » link at the bottom of every page (you receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email). For hygiene and food-safety reasons, only unopened sachets in their original packaging can be returned (legal exception for sealed goods unsealed after delivery). Return costs are borne by you. We refund you, including the original delivery costs, no later than 14 days after your request; we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back. Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (2 years, articles 1649bis et seq. of the Belgian Civil Code) and the warranty for hidden defects.

VitaDry cannot be held liable for improper use of the products. Nutritional values are indicative and comply with EU Regulation 1169/2011 (INCO).

Subscriptions apply to the 14-, 21- and 28-sachet packs and the Flex pack, delivered every 1 to 12 weeks as you choose, with 15% off every delivery. They carry a commitment of 2 deliveries (2 billings), in return for the discount. After that, you can pause or stop anytime from your account, with no cancellation fee. This commitment does not limit your right of withdrawal: you may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the first delivery (section 8).

These terms are governed by Belgian law. If there is a problem, please write to us first at contact@vitadry.be: we always look for an amicable solution. Failing that, you can contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service free of charge (Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8 box 1, 1000 Brussels — mediationconsommateur.be). The courts of the judicial district of Brussels have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory rules protecting consumers.
