Products on vitadry.be are sticks made from freeze-dried fruits and vegetables, 100% plant-based, for smoothies.

Prices in euro, Belgian VAT (6%) included. Shipping costs shown before order validation.

Any order implies full acceptance of these terms. A confirmation email is sent after payment.

Payment via Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (Dublin, Ireland). Card data is never stored by VitaDry. Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Under articles VI.47 et seq. of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the parcel to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason. To do so, send us a clear statement (by email to contact@vitadry.be or by post), for example using the form below. For hygiene and food-safety reasons, only unopened sticks in their original packaging can be returned (legal exception for sealed goods unsealed after delivery). Return costs are borne by you. We refund you, including the original delivery costs, no later than 14 days after your request; we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back. Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (2 years, articles 1649bis et seq. of the Belgian Civil Code) and the warranty for hidden defects.

VitaDry cannot be held liable for improper use of the products. Nutritional values are indicative and comply with EU Regulation 1169/2011 (INCO).

Subscriptions apply to the 14-, 21- and 28-stick packs and the Flex pack, delivered every 1 to 12 weeks as you choose, with 15% off every delivery. They carry a minimum commitment of 2 billings. After that, you can pause or cancel anytime from your account, with no cancellation fee.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. If there is a problem, please write to us first at contact@vitadry.be: we always look for an amicable solution. Failing that, you can contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service free of charge (Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8 box 1, 1000 Brussels — mediationconsommateur.be). The courts of the judicial district of Brussels have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory rules protecting consumers.
